The patented IQF procedure ensures that the water in the fruit’s cells, their flavours and vital nutrients all remain intact during the shock freezing process and that every fruit is individually frozen. The end product is therefore still loose fruit – a huge advantage that really pays off when using the pre-portioned smoothies.
In addition to the IQF certification, all products are also kosher and halal certified. Furthermore, all HENDERSON & SONS Frozen Smoothies are free from artificial colourings and flavour enhancers and are sweetened exclusively with fructose and apple juice from the fruits.
